I have just recorded a 30-minute instructional video on YouTube that you can use to find the link connected to the food you crave, release it and put it back where it belongs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knJmxCgUHEo The good news is you don’t have to give the food up completely if you choose, but you can eat a little bit and be satisfied instead of eating the whole lot and still looking for more.

If you have a craving for a particular food like chocolate, chips, bread, cheese etc. then there could be a deeper reason for it. In this instructional video, we find the links that don’t belong together, release them and put them where they belong. As an example – If you have linked love with chocolate because you were given chocolate by the one person who you felt really loved by as a child then the love really belongs with the person who gave you the chocolate. It is the person who loves you not the chocolate. That is why when you are feeling sad, lonely and unloved you reach for chocolate. Once the connection is relinked to the person and your perception has changed chocolate is just chocolate. Success stories – one lady I worked with stopped eating bread, lost weight and felt wonderful without even thinking about it after a 45min group session. Another one recognised she had been consoled and treated with chocolate her whole childhood. She brought a small bar of chocolate with her because she knew she would eat it all after the session but left it behind because she didn’t want it anymore. Another one told me she wanted the chocolate 100 out of 10 but took a small bite at the beginning and left the rest behind. Months later they still don’t crave the food.

So go ahead and give it a go, you have nothing to lose except your craving. You can repeat the video until the craving is gone if need be or use it for other food.
